Well, rain or shine this weekend we will be celebrating Memorial Day and the kick off to a beautiful summer! Margaret and I have been excited to see a bit of uptick in buyer confidence and it's fun to feel the joy a buyer has in beginning a new chapter. I think that's one of the biggest reasons we keep getting up every day, directing, negotiating, counseling our clients... it's actually a wonderful priviledge to share these milestones with them and to see the exciting new chapters taking place. The seller excited to move to another state. The buyer with tears of joy to be closer to kids and grandkids. These joys are what make the hard days so worth everything!
So whether you will be grilling, boating, throwing a party, or just kicking back and enjoying a few quiet days, I wish blessings over all you do and that you are filled up with light and peace!
