Stacey brings extensive real estate expertise, strong negotiating skills, and a client-first approach built on listening, patience, integrity, and attention to detail. She holds the GRI, CFS, and CNE designations and has served as President of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS®.

A lifelong Grayson County resident, Margaret brings deep knowledge of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma and a true appreciation for the history and character of the communities she serves. She holds the GRI and REPA designations and is actively involved in the local community, including the Sherman Symphony Orchestra.Together, Stacey and Margaret offer the right balance of expertise and empathy, helping clients feel informed, confident, and cared for through every step of their real estate journey.
