Hello friends!
I hope all of you got to enjoy family and loved ones this past Easter season! We managed to have a wonderful turnout at our farm with 28 adults and 12 kids (I think).... there was a lot! A lot of food, fun, laughter, and a good old fashioned egg hunt! Spring is in full bloom and I'm loving all of the bluebonnets, buttercups, and Indian paintbrush lining the roads. Everything is new again and it feels like renewed energy is in the air. I was reminded the other day that even in the midst of sunshine and blue skies there are still hard things to go through. That's just part of this human experience we all walk. Some deals are harder than others. Some relationships can be hurtful or difficult. Some days maybe it's just that your car won't start or you've lost your keys. It's really not what's going on in our lives, it's how we react to what's going on in our lives! I pray that I can extend grace to those who come across my path each day because everyone is going through something... it might be big or it might be small, but we're all in this together! He has risen!!! He has risen indeed!

He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: "The Son of man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day, be raised again." Then they remembered his words. - Luke 24:6-8
