Love Where You Live
Hello everyone!
This year Margaret & I have decided to highlight some of the reasons we love to live in Texoma. This will include shining a spotlight on some area businesses as well as local events that we love. This month we are pleased to partner with Wells Fargo Advisors: Utter, Pike & Dobbs. This group of outstanding financial advisors rise to the top of their industry not only for their years of knowledge and success but for their hearts in community service.
Gail Utter leads this power team and I've had the privilege of knowing her for years. Gail has lived in Texoma and served on various boards throughout the years. She currently serves as board chair for SEDCO (Sherman Economic Development Corporation), Austin College Board of Trustees, and Texoma Behavioral Health Leadership Team. Gail is actively involved in her church, First United Methodist of Sherman.
Nate Pike recently finished his second term as mayor of Anna, TX! Wow! What a gift he has been to the community and he continues to serve with various non-profits. He is blessed with a beautiful wife and two wonderful children.
Juston Dobbs and his wife Amber are recent "empty nesters" and are really enjoying this stage of their lives. Juston is serving his second term on the Sherman City Council and he acts as the Deputy Mayor. Juston also serves with a number of local non-profits.
These three are true examples of success in business and community. An inspiration to making deposits into the lives of others and in turn making our community a better place to live! Thank you Gail, Nate, and Juston for all you do and for showing us how to" love where we live"!
